How does crew join?
The owner creates Team PINs in Settings. Crew opens the app, enters the company code plus their PIN, and they’re in — no owner login on their phone.
Clock in / out and offline?
Crew clocks in and out from Clock in. If the phone loses signal, punches queue offline and sync when you’re back online so hours still land on the job.
Owner push alerts
Add CrewLayout to your Home Screen and allow notifications. You’ll get alerts when crew sends photos, receipts, or time requests. Use Test notification in the app if you want to confirm they’re working.
Write scope AI
On a job, use Write scope to turn rough notes into invoice-ready bullets. Private notes stay off the customer PDF. This is the real AI path — not a chat toy.
Forgot owner password / email login
Owner sign-in uses email auth. Use the password reset / magic link flow from the login screen. Check spam if the email is slow. You can also change login email later in Settings.
Billing — Shop $80/mo
Shop is $80/month via Stripe (coming online). One plan covers owner + crew, jobs, invoices, and clock in/out. Cancel anytime through Stripe once billing is live.
Data isolation — one shop
Each shop’s jobs, hours, and crew stay in their own cloud space. Crew never sees the books. Starting another shop creates a separate company code and data set.
