Shop profile

You can save your company info now: business name, trade, phone, address and logo. Other settings unlock when you start your free trial.

Your business name shows on customers’ card statements and payment emails.

Your shops — tap to switch. Start another from the login screen.

Google review link (optional)

Where to find it: search your business on Google, open your Business Profile, tap Ask for reviews (or Get more reviews) and copy the link. Once saved, finished or paid jobs get an Ask for a Google review button.

Crew hours: lunch

Take 30 minutes off shifts over 6 hours for lunchOff unless you turn it on. A change applies to shifts that start after you make it. Hours already recorded stay the same. Crew can still check “No lunch” to keep full hours. You’re responsible for meal and rest breaks under your state’s law.

Company login email

Use your business email, and the same email on the company phone. Forgot password is on the Owner login screen.

Import past scopes (shop voice)

Paste old estimates or invoices, or upload a .txt or .csv file. Add a trade tag if you like. Write Scope uses them as examples so new scopes sound like your shop.
