What we store
CrewLayout stores your shop’s jobs, hours, crew, customers, and related notes in the cloud so owner and crew can use the same shop from different phones. Account email and shop settings are stored so you can sign in and keep invoices branded.
We don’t sell your data
We do not sell your shop data to advertisers or brokers. Data is used to run the product (sync, backups, AI scope writing you ask for, and billing when Stripe is enabled).
On-device / PWA
As a progressive web app, CrewLayout may keep some data in local storage or offline queues on the device (for example clock punches while offline, profile drafts, or install preferences). Clearing site data on the phone removes that local copy; cloud shop data remains until you ask us to delete it.
